1. Organizer:
   The raffle is organized by Surplus Sam's, located at 1301 United Blvd, Coquitlam, BC, V3K6V3, Canada. (Surplus Sam’s Coquitlam).
2. Participants:
   All adults residing in Canada are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their direct family members are not allowed to participate.
3. Participation Tickets:
   One ticket will be issued for every $50 spent at Surplus Sam's or any other participating vendor. Obtaining a ticket implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. Raffle Date and Location:
   The raffle will take place on three different days: February 14^th, 15^th, 16^th, 2025 at Surplus Sam’s Coquitlam. Five different items will be raffled each day. The results will be published on our communication channels as social media & website.
5. Participation Requirements:
   To participate in the raffle, participants must be registered in Surplus Sam's database with their name, phone number, and email address.
6. Raffle Mechanics:
   The winner will be randomly selected using Acrylic Raffle Ticket Drum and ticket draw.
7. Prizes:
   Each raffle day, five different items will be awarded. Prizes are personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
8. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery:
   The winner will be notified via email, phone or social media. They will have 10 business days to claim their prize by presenting a valid ID. If the prize is not claimed within the established period, it may be reassigned or declared void.
9. Liability:
   The organizer is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the raffle or the use of the prize.
10. Data Protection:
    Participants' personal data will be used exclusively for the raffle and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
11. Modifications and Cancellation:
    The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the raffle for justified reasons, notifying participants through email or website.
12. Returns and Exchanges:
    Returns or exchanges of raffle tickets or awarded prizes are not accepted.
13. Acceptance of Terms:
    Participation in the raffle implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
